needed something to keep the pants up and the shirt tucked in. sewed it into the waistband of some shorts. They had a stretch type waistband expandable to a size 36. However, with the snugtex sewed in they were back to a non-expandable 33 or so. Remedy: stretched the waistband out THEN attached the snugtex by gluing in 2" pieces at various spots. Worked like a charm.
