A zipper pull broke on one of the doors on my canvas winter enclosure for a Gator cab. It was not originally installed by me and my dealer couldn't help. I found Zipper Shipper. Not knowing a thing about zipper repair and while their helpful hints are useful, I ordered the wrong type of pull. Laura, one of customer care specialist suspected my mistake, questioned it, and after I sent her a picture of the zipper she corrected my order to the correct pull. The pull arrived when it was supposed to and I was able to repair the zipper on the cab door, which with late arriving warm weather this spring the repair was welcome. Great service and thanks to Laura.
